Catnip Leaf, Lavender, Chamomile Flowers give a deep floral base to this tisane, which is grounded by the rich earthiness of Lion’s Mane and Reishi Mushrooms. Hops Flower and Lemon Balm Leaf add bright citrusy notes to Sleep Fine Plant & Mushroom Powder, creating a balanced, relaxing, and complex blend.



Catnip Leaf: Catnip Leaf has a potent calming effect on the body due to its content of the plant compound, nepetalactone, which helps boost mood, reduce anxiety, ease restlessness, and promote restful sleep.

Chamomile Flower: Chamomile Flower is full of antioxidants, including apigenin which is a compound that binds to certain receptors in the brain to promote relaxation and sleepiness. 

Hops Flower: Hops Flower is helpful in relieving anxiety and alleviating sleep disorders such as insomnia. Hops Flower is especially effective when combined with Valerian Root.

Lion’s Mane Mushroom: Lion’s Mane Mushroom is known for its ability to stimulate the growth of brain cells from hericenones and erinacines. These compounds are beneficial in reducing memory loss and preventing neuronal damage caused by amyloid-beta plaques. This Mushroom is also beneficial in relieving anxiety and depression due to its ability to regenerate brain cells and improve the function of the hippocampus.
