Retail: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB) and check.
Wholesale: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB), check and net 30 terms (upon approval).
All payment is due at the time of order (this does not include net 30 terms for wholesale customers).

Estimated Lead Time and Fulfillment
We ship orders within 2 to 6 business days. This is subject to change during the holiday season.
For orders less than 1 lb, we ship via USPS. For orders more than 1 lb, we ship via UPS Ground. and offer 2nd day air.
Holiday Shipping Information
For guaranteed delivery times, we require orders to be placed no later than two weeks prior to the holiday regardless of shipping method. For orders placed after this date, we recommend UPS Next Day Air and will try our best to accommodate getting orders delivered on time.
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you’re ever unsatisfied with your purchase, we’ll provide a prompt refund or credit. Please send your concerns along with your name, address, and phone number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you directly to complete the exchange, return and credit process. Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel your order with us.
Price Change Matching
Any price adjustments occurring within 30 days of your order can be matched to the new price (e.g., we’ll match your existing purchase to the lower pricing). Should we increase product prices, we’ll contact you at least 30 days before the change goes into effect.
Samples (Wholesale Only)
Samples are available for all products. Please contact us directly for any specific sample requests.
Best By Dates
Dried herbs have a long shelf life, so we do not include a best by date on our packages. Instead, we include a date made that shows you the exact date we hand-blended and packaged your product. There’s no expiration date for herbal tea, but it will start to decrease in flavor after 2 to 3 years. The longer it remains in the Vana Tisanes packaging, the longer the loose leaf tea will last.
We offer a variety of marketing materials including brochures, shelf cards and posters. Please let us know if you would like any of these items included with your order.
