Here, in the middle of winter, it seems like everyone is sniffling and getting sick. Finding a simple and delicious way to fortify your immune system using the power of herbs and mushrooms is key to staying healthy! Here is our favorite smoothie recipe of the season, using Immune Fine Powdered Plants & Mushrooms.
Immune Boosting Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1.5 c. Flax Milk or favorite non-dairy milk
- 1 c. Fresh Spinach
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 c. Frozen Mango
- 1 tsp. Fresh Ginger
- 1-2 tsp. Immune Fine Powdered Plants & Mushrooms
Directions
- Pour flax milk and spinach into blender and blend.
- Add banana and fresh ginger. Blend.
- Add frozen mango and blend again!
- Add Immune Fine Powdered Plants & Mushrooms and blend one last time!
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
