Here are our favorite ingredients to use:

Peppermint Leaf: Peppermint Leaf contains the compound, menthol which is a vasodilator, which improves blood flow, relaxes muscles, and eases pain caused by headaches. Peppermint Leaf not only helps to freshen breath, but it also supports healthy teeth and gums with its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Sage Leaf: Sage Leaf contains over 160 distinct polyphenols, plant-based chemical compounds that act as antioxidants in the body, which help to defend cells from damage caused by free radicals. It is a nutritious herb that contains magnesium, zinc, copper, and vitamins A, C, E, and 10% of your daily requirements of vitamin K. Sage Leaf contains chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, rosmarinic acid, ellagic acid and rutin— all of which help to reduce the risk of cancer, improve brain function and boost memory.
