Make the most out of your herbal tisanes!
Instead of making just one cup, make two!
Steep your morning herbs as usual in boiling hot water for at least 7 minutes. Pour into your mug, and then re-steep another round by adding more hot water into your tea pot. As it comes to room temp, store it in the fridge.
When the afternoon comes around, pour your (now cold) herbal tisanes into a glass cup, and enjoy a refreshing cup of iced tea! Another option is to save it for the next day for an even more chilled refreshment.
