30 Oct Festive Herbal Punch Recipe
Halloween is a fun time to get spooky and silly with your kids, friends, or family. One way you can celebrate this season and holiday is with a Festive Herbal Punch! We of course had to choose our Blood Herbal Tea for this recipe— not only for its spooky name, but this tisane is full beneficial herbs that eliminate toxins and heavy metals, purifying the blood. It’s rich in iron, vitamin-C, and antioxidants which are great at enriching the blood, increasing red blood cell production as well as protecting and strengthening the entire circulatory system. Blood Herbal Tea has a flavor rich in minerals, roots, and spice. The Burdock, Dandelion, and Yellow Dock Roots will give the tea a slightly bitter taste, while the Ginger Root and Turmeric add a slightly spicy and earthy flavor. The Ginkgo Biloba Leaf and Hawthorne Leaf & Flower give a gently sweet and floral notes. This Festive Herbal Punch is not only tasty but also very nurturing for your body as well!
