Inflame…still one of our favorite blends here at Vana Tisanes. This blend is full of culinary herbs which is what gives it that full savory sweet brothy flavor. Steep the blend throughout the day so you can enjoy a hot cup of tea while reducing any unwanted inflammation.
If you’re feeling a little adventurous today, you can also steep the herbs and save it in a large jar as a soup broth for later. Now that Autumn is around the corner, it’s a perfect time to stock up on soup broth, especially one that gives you the benefits of anti-inflammation! We also like to add some fresh ginger to our broth to give it that extra anti-inflammatory effect and boost in flavor!
